Record the definition and ONE activity that you could do to improve each dimension
(Quiz next day on EIGHT Dimensions--- easy, peasy matching)
2. Work on Wellness Wheel (good copy). An example is posted behind my desk.
Include the following:
- Label the EIGHT Dimensions
- Identify where you are in each dimension with colour
- Record TWO details of what your are doing that supports and/ or counters each dimension. In other words, what are you doing well and/or what are you not doing well.
- Include a picture/symbol of each dimension
- Heat and complete.
